Energy Work
Reiki is a physically contactless energy treatment that was rediscovered in the early 20th century in Japan by Mikao Usui. It includes a variety of hand postures, symbols and principles and is used to heal body, mind and soul. Energy healing treatments are as old as humankind and were practiced in different forms in almost all ancient cultures.
In a session I function as a channel to help my clients receive healing energy which means that they will not receive my energy. I integrate techniques of Reiki, Shamanic healing and Chakra balancing. Working with the main Chakras as well activates healing of physical and emotional imbalances. The treatment depends a lot on the client's needs and conditions as I follow the intuitive information that I receive during a session. This helps to stimulate the self-healing abilities, dissolves blockages and brings deep relaxation. Energy work complements other treatments very well. When received on a regular basis it will strengthen and balance the mind and the body. During a session it can be common to feel different kinds of sensations such as warmth, tingling or emotional release. Some clients don't feel anything at all while being treated, which is perfectly normal as well but they will feel the benefits later on. It is a very unique and individual experience.
I also offer distant energy healing sessions. Energy to me is both form and formless so it doesn't necessarily need time and space. As energy healing works without physical contact anyways, it can be practiced from a distance and has the same effects.
Counselling
As part of my treatments I offer a holistic approach that is individually tailored to the clients needs and can include a detailed conversation about what arises during a healing session. My skills, that also come from being an empath and from my own personal experiences, help me to really connect to my clients and make them feel heard and understood. A counselling session can vary from simply talking about a certain topic accompanied by offering guidance, to working on specific issues, through finding a different perspective or setting certain goals or going deeper into childhood, trauma or past life themes. Counselling is not psychotherapy or -analysis. It is for people who are willing to actively work on themselves and their patterns and want to see changes in a short amount of time.
I see my strong intuition and connection to the spiritual world as guidance and support. It helps me to consider our multidimensionality. Combined with the knowledge of how emotions, memories and traumas are stored in the body and how we are conditioned through upbringing and society, I always do my best to help my clients heal themselves. Deep down everyone knows what they need but sometimes we are stuck - we are allowed to ask for help though. I want to help you remember and rediscover your strength, find your balance in life and reconnect with your essence.
Yoga and Meditation
Yoga is a philosophy and a way of living that has its origin in ancient India. It combines different teachings and practices in order to calm the mind and live a fulfilled and enlightened life. The Asanas - the postures- were invented to prepare us to sit in meditation for as long as possible. The movements of Yoga simply and beautifully connect mind and body. They can heal, ground and centre us, calm the nervous system and keep the body fit and healthy. As emotions are very often stored in our body, the Asanas in Yoga are one of the greatest ways to release them. In my Yoga classes I find it important to let my students know that it is about accepting where we are at the present moment, accepting our bodies and ourselves. I love to teach beginner or intermediate level students and show them the joy of the practice and that there is no such thing as "I can't do Yoga". The movement of our bodies teach us self-love, are a way to express ourselves and bring us healing in many different and often unexpected ways.
The postures are just one part of Yoga. As it is a philosophy that practiced as a whole, brings immense healing, growth and strength on a mental and physical level. Yoga teaches us that we will always change and that progress can also mean having set-backs. It shows us how strongly mind and body are connected. Having a steady and calm mind results in a clam and steady posture but vice versa as well. Yoga and Meditation for me are inseparable and at the end of my class there is always at least a short meditation to bring stillness to the mind. As a result of a regular practice you will soon notice improvement in your physical and your mental health. Through meditation you can connect to yourself on a soul level and will learn how strong you are when you become the master of your mind and stop being its slave.
Written Channelings
In a Channeling I work as a transmitter between my clients and a higher source. If you have questions or a topic or situation you feel stuck in and want guidance from a higher medium, this might be for you. I connect to a lightful source that wants you to receive information but for some reason cannot get directly through to you. I believe that we all have the ability to listen to our guides but we have to train this in order to be able to tap into it. I am here to help you connect and transcript the information coming through. In the end my clients get the channeling in written form.
